Yes, there is a one-time setup fee ranging from $99 to $275, depending on your plan. A refundable security deposit equal to one to two months' rent is also required. For private offices, a $400 cleaning fee is withheld from the security deposit upon move-out.

Yes, live answering services are available, allowing your customers to be greeted by a friendly receptionist with a personalized greeting and voicemail, a local telephone number, call transferring, and voicemail-to-email functionality. Options to retain your existing business number or be issued a new number are available.
Facilities, Security and Amenities
Members with 24/7 access can enter the building and use amenities after hours with key fob access.
We provide electronic locks, on-site management during business hours, and surveillance cameras throughout our facilities for added security.
